305 Rents is a rental service run by Luis Silva, a Broker Associate with 305 International Realty LLC in Brickell, Miami, FL. This policy explains what information we collect on rents305.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (contact, personalized list, unlock listings, book a visit, or owner property survey), we collect what you enter: such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, move-in date, budget, preferred areas, and, for owners, property details and address. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or payment information on this site.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. Your browser also stores small preferences on your device, like your language choice and whether you have already unlocked the listings. This information stays on your device.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to you, send you apartment options that match your search, schedule tours and video calls, help you through applications, and, for owners, discuss renting or selling your property. We may contact you by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email.
When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when needed to help you, for example with a building's leasing office when you ask to tour or apply, or with our brokerage, 305 International Realty LLC, for record-keeping required by law. We may also share it if required by law.
Service providers
This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives our form submissions. The site loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other sites are governed by those companies' own privacy policies.
Messages and opting out
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to a text message, tell us on WhatsApp, or email Luisgsrealty@gmail.com, and we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to help you and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing Luisgsrealty@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and the site uses a secure (https) connection. No method of sending information online is 100% secure.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
