Apply remotely and get approved
We guide you through the whole application online: documents, verification and lease signing. Depending on the building, we can hold your unit for about 30 to 60 days, so you arrive in Miami already approved and ready to move in.
What you will usually need
ID or passport
A valid government ID. Clients from abroad usually apply with their passport.
Proof of income
Pay stubs, an offer letter or bank statements. Many buildings ask for income of 2.5 to 3 times the rent.
Your move-in date
Knowing when you land lets us line up units that will be ready on time.
Hold your unit
Found the one but not moving yet? We can hold a rental unit for about 30 to 60 days, depending on the building, so you can secure it now and move in on your date.
Coming from abroad?
Applicants without a Social Security number are considered international and usually pay a deposit of two months' rent; some buildings also ask for extra documents or a guarantor. We tell you each building's rules up front.
Book your virtual tour.
Tell us where you are moving from, your budget and your move-in date, and we will set up your first FaceTime tour. No fees, our service is 100% free.
